Installation guide

Install your eSIM before departure, on Wi-Fi. It takes less than five minutes.

Install before you leave

The QR code must be scanned with an internet connection. Once on site without network, you would no longer be able to install it. Activation, on the other hand, does happen on arrival.

On iPhone

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings › Cellular › Add eSIM.
  3. Scan the QR code received by email.
  4. Name the plan “Sabily” to tell it apart from your usual line.
  5. Keep your main line for calls and texts, and choose Sabily for cellular data.
  6. On arrival, enable data roaming on the Sabily line only.

On Android

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings › Connections › SIM manager › Add eSIM.
  3. Scan the QR code received by email.
  4. Name the plan “Sabily”.
  5. In SIM manager, set Sabily as the mobile data SIM.
  6. On arrival, enable data roaming on the Sabily line only.

Wording varies by manufacturer. On Google Pixel, the path is Settings › Network & internet › SIMs › Add eSIM.

A problem?

A QR code can only be scanned once. If it has already been used, or if installation fails, write to us: we can regenerate your profile.
